Saturday, June 20th, 2009, San Luis Obispo, CA - The SLO Rattlers (11-5, 4-4 CCL) dropped their 2nd straight CCL game to the Conejo Oaks (7-7, 6-5 CCL) by a score of 1-0 in 11 innings.
It was a pitchers duel all the way, with the only run being scored by the Oaks in the Top of the 11th Inning, when RF Kyle Jones tripled to center, and then scored on a wild pitch.
Starting pitcher Mason Radeke pitched 7 impressive innings, scattering 4 hits, striking out 6 and walking none.
Danny Price and Adam Clerici pitched 3 combined scoreless innings of relief, allowing only 2 hits, and no walks.
Relief pitcher Brandon Van Dam (0-1) suffered the loss.
The same two teams play tomorrow, Sunday, June 21st. First Pitch is at 1:05pm.
