Rattlers Win Tune-Up For Foresters The SLO Rattlers defeated the Scouts-Wahoos 14-3 in front of 282 fans at Sinsheimer Stadium Friday night. Will Keehn earned his 1st victory of the summer (1-3). Offensively, the Rattlers were led by SS Kyle Davis, who went 2-5 on the evening, with 3 RBI's and 2 runs scored, earning Gus's Grocery and Deli Player of the Game honors. Kellen Moriarty went 3-5, with 2 RBI's, 1 3B, and 1 run scored. The game was a tune-up for the Rattlers as they prepare to host the Santa Barbara Foresters in a critical 3-game California Collegiate League series. The Ratters are currently atop the CCL standings, 2 games ahead of the Foresters in the loss column. Game 1 is Saturday Night at 6:05pm. Games 2 & 3 are on Sunday, as the Rattlers host the Foresters in an afternoon doubleheader starting at 12 noon. The Rattlers are now 27-15 overall, and 15-7 in the CCL this summer.
