OUR MISSION OUR MISSION IS TO OFFER THE BEST BRAND OF SUMMER COLLEGIATE BASEBALL AVAILABLE IN SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY. OUR VISION We see the Rattlers adding to our early successes to become, and remain, one of the top performing, and highest ranked Baseball Clubs on the West Coast. We will consider opportunities to expand our brand recognition within our current market service area, and beyond, to enhance fan support and promote personal growth for our players. OUR CORE VALUESWe have three basic core values. They represent our formula for success, and are simply stated as follows:
(1) That the Rattler Baseball Club will continually demonstrate our commitment to support our fans and the communities that we serve by putting a quality product on the field every season;
(2) That the Rattler Baseball Club will provide a rewarding experience for our players, as well as a satisfying work environment for our volunteers, so that everyone may enjoy the opportunity to grow personally and professionally;
